How are calls paid for?

We do not charge you anything for the calls you make using this service. Your normal phone provider will charge you for calling our access numbers which will appear on your normal phone bill. We run the service using the revenue we receive from calls to our access numbers. You will not receive any bill from us.

How much do calls cost?

Making calls with these numbers will cost up to 10p per minute from landlines or up to national rate from mobiles. Personal Numbers will be charged at 50p per minute from landlines or at the cost of calling a mobile on a different network from your own mobile. If in doubt, please check with your mobile operator.

Can I store the access numbers in my mobile?

To store numbers prefixed with our number in your mobile's phonebook, try adding a new entry such as 08715040900 [Pause] 00XXXXXXXXX, substituting X's for an actual number. On most mobiles a pause can be added to a number by pressing and holding the * key until the * changes to a square or a letter P. On Nokia phones you need to press the * key 3 times in quick succession to input a pause. A pause is needed to ensure you connect to our number before the phone dials the actual destination number.
