How are calls paid for?

We do not charge you anything for the calls you make using this service. Your normal phone provider will charge you for calling our access numbers which will appear on your normal phone bill. The cost of calling the access numbers is the rate advertised next to each number on this site. You can check these costs by clicking on the price next to each access number. A window showing the official BT price will then be displayed, to allow you to check that these prices are accurate! We run the service using the revenue we receive from calls to our access numbers. You will not receive any bill from us.

How much do calls cost?

You will pay your current phone company for calling our access numbers. There are no further charges from us. All our access numbers have a published price per minute next to them including VAT. The rates apply at all times of day, 7 days per week. Most phone companies will charge you per second. E.g a 1.5 min call to Argentina will cost you 15p. You will however pay for the time you dial and let the phone ring. If the person you are calling is engaged or does not answer, please hang up promptly to avoid extra costs. These prices are valid from all UK landlines. Mobile networks may however have different charges.
