1. Are calls charged on a per second basis, or at a different interval?
  1. All our access numbers are charged on a per second basis by all the main phone companies in the UK.

  1. I would like to print the rate sheet, but I am having trouble with getting my web browser to print it without printing the rest of the website.
  1. You can print a copy of the full rate sheet for making calls from landlines by clicking here and then choosing print.

  1. I cannot find the destination I want to call on your rate sheet. Are there any destinations that are not covered?
  1. We cover almost every destination in the world except for a handful of places where it is not possible to provide discounted calls to, and also satellite and Inmarst telephones. If you are trying to call an Island such as Mallorca, please ensure that you look for the country the Island is part of, in this Instance Spain.

  1. I am making lots of savings using your service from the UK. However I am going abroad soon, can I also make savings when calling back to the UK?
  1. At this time we only offer a service from the UK. However we are looking at ways in which we can provide our customers with such a service in future.

  1. Do you need to register before using this service?
  1. There is no need to register as we don't need to do anything to allow you to start saving. Anybody can simply dial our access numbers at any time.

  1. If I stop using the service will I need to notify anyone?
  1. You simply don't use our access numbers! It is as simple as that. There is no commitment required to use our service, so you can use it as much or as little as you like.

  1. Are the calls I make itemised on my bill?
  1. Not completely. Your phone bill will show every call you make to our access numbers if you get an itemised bill. However the numbers you call via our system will never appear on any bill.

  1. Are there any limits to the number of calls I can make?
  1. There are no limits to the number of times you can use our system. However we reserve the right to limit usage on any line where fraudulent calls may be made.

  1. Can I still use this service if I am already using another discount provider?
  1. Yes! If you have a BT line and have subscribed to a service where all your calls are routed via another company, you can still use our service. You can either force calls you make to our access numbers to be billed by BT, as the rates we publish are guaranteed to be accurate if billed by BT, or dial our numbers via your other provider. It will however be wise to check that they charge our numbers at the correct rate. To force calls via BT, simply dial 1280 before our numbers.
